dear sir  , 

my windows 8.1  Enterprise   keeping  freezes  after restart   in  several rondom points    ( someitmes after restart)  sometimes on  Welcome Screen and sometimes Before Welcome screen shows  

then after many tries to restart  it open normally   ( as its now when i type that ) 

but it didn't  in  Safe Mode ,  (  works 100 % )  

 i realize that  the local area connection is missing totally in  networking  and also in device manager 

as it shown in this pic's

I, did     sfc /scannow    in normal mode   and  here is  what i  get

of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For

supported in offline servicing scenarios.

The problem still happen,   nothing  changed   and still freeze every start up for up to 5 or 6 times 

till it works itself  

i don't know  but i doubt  its something  related to  network   due that network area connection  lan is still missing totally  

It's possible that there is maleware involved. Have you run up to date any virus scans recently? If not, download malewarebytes from here update it immediately and run a full scan and let us know the results.

Hi,

It could be driver related issue, since it doesn't happen in safe mode. Have you tried to update or reinstall the Network adapter driver to check your issue?

If this issue just happened recently, system restore can be helpful to fix this issue.
